Irene's Leftover Chicken Salad

Take 3/4 of a pound of leftover baked or broiled or fried chicken and cut/shred into bite size pieces. Place into a medium size bowl. Take 13 - 20 green or purple grapes and squish between your thumb and pointing finger. Place grape pieces into the bowl. Dice 2 celery stalks and place into the bowl. Place 1 teaspoon of Eundre's Seasoning into the bowl and mix with a spoon. Dice half of an onion and place into the bowl. Add 3 large dollops of mayonnaise and combine the entire mixture. Let sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serves 4 people as a side dish.
