Steak With Eundre

Remove 4 (1 inch thick) Ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and lightly coat with oil.  Rub both sides of steaks with Eundre's Seasoning Family Affair and set aside to allow steaks to come to room temperature.  Set up the grill for indirect cooking and allow the grill to come up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.  Place steaks directly over the fire and sear on both sides for 2 minutes, then place steaks on the indirect side of the grill and continue cooking until the steaks have reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees or the desired temperature is reached.  Remove steaks and allow to rest for a minimum of 6 minutes before serving.
